Last year I finally finished some series I had started years and years ago. Today I wanted to take a look at some of the book series I hope to finish this year. Even though I’m not reading that many books, apart from the ones I’m rereading, I do hope I can still finish some series before the end of the year. So let’s take a look!

The Beautiful – Renee Ahdieh

I loved loved loved the first book in this series, but wasn’t a fan of the second book. Still, I am interested enough in the story to want to finish the series. I hope the next 2 books are more like the first one and I’ll enjoy them more. Renee Ahdieh has written some amazing books so I do still have good hopes.

Something Dark and Holy – Emily A. Duncan

It’s been years since I read the first 2 books. I have to admit I forgot a lot of important details and I’m afraid I will enjoy this book less than if I had read it right when it released. But it is what it is and I don’t plan on rereading the first 2 books. I might have to look up a summary though haha.

Hometown Antihero – Amber Lynn Natusch

I adored the first 2 books to much. The author said this series was for lovers of Veronica Mars and I’m a big fan of that tv show. To be honest, I still hope we get another revival (so they can show us no one died at the end…..). These books are wonderful and I’m glad the author did finish the series, even though it took some years haha. Now I just have to jump back in!

These are 3 series I would love to finish this year. It might be a bit ambitious with how little I have been reading, but I want to try it nevertheless! Have you read any of these series? Which one do you think I will enjoy the most? Let me know down below!
