We thought it was time for a fun new post every week. In the Royal Update one of us updates you about our personal life, bookish news, what we’re reading, watching and listening to and anything else that might apply to this post. We thought it would be fun to share a bit more about our personal lives and hope you think so too!

Things haven’t been very exciting here. I’ve been working and I ended up sick for almost a week. Last weekend we visited some friends for some board games. On Sunday I went to my former work location because everything was renovated. It was nice seeing everyone again! I don’t miss that commute though, haha.

Publishers have been very generous to me recently and I’ve added 11 new eARCs/ALCs to my TBR: Conform, Thirsty (ALC), Huntsman (ALC), Blackthorn (ALC), My Roommate From Hell (ALC), A Scar in the Bone (ALC), Beneath, Don’t Tell Me How It Ends, Margin of Error, This is Not a Test, and If Only You Knew.

Since my last Royal Update I finished reading: Tourist Season, Falling, Girl Geek, The Fang Arrangement, What Fury Brings, Spicy Little Curses, Immortal Consequences, Heavenly Bodies, Female Fantasy, and From Blood and Ash (reread).

I’m currently reading: Hazel Says No, Alchemised, and Cowboy Casual.

Next I’ll be reading: Mate, My Favorite Holidate, and Poisoned Ivy.

It’s that time of year when TV shows start again, so I watched the first episode of the new season of Grey’s Anatomy and 9-1-1! We also decided to give 9-1-1 Nashville a go and I think I’m going to like it.

Calum Scott released a new album and I really love this one, so it’s been on repeat!
