We wanted to do another bookish meme on Wednesday and after doing Can’t Wait Wednesday a few times we decided that would be a fun one to bring around more often! About twice a month you’ll see this meme on our blog.

Can’t Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Wishful Endings, to spotlight and discuss the books we’re excited about that we have yet to read. Generally they’re books that have yet to be released. It’s based on Waiting on Wednesday, hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine.

While there isn’t a real synopsis yet, but I am very excited for this release. The book was supposed to be released in October this year, but will now come out February 2026. I read the first book in the Moonfall series last summer, so I don’t really remember all the details anyway haha. If possible, I’ll reread the first book right before we get this sequel.

The first book was really good in the end, but at first it was pretty confusing. This is a fantasy world that doesn’t work exactly like ours, so I didn’t immediately understood what was going on. I did get there in the end though!

While I don’t fully remember the plot, I do remember wanting more and being excited for the sequel. Hopefully we get more dragons at least! I also would like to get to know the characters a bit better, that would probably make them a bit more memorable as well. All in all I am really excited for this sequel and I can’t wait to dive in!
