We thought it was time for a fun new post every week. In the Royal Update one of us updates you about our personal life, bookish news, what we’re reading, watching and listening to and anything else that might apply to this post. We thought it would be fun to share a bit more about our personal lives and hope you think so too!

Since my last Royal Update things have been pretty quiet here. We had game night with friends and had a relaxing long weekend. My mother and I went to lunch and did a little shopping last week, and last weekend was book club. Last week was horrendous with the trains to and from work, so I didn’t mind some relaxing time after book club and on Sunday.

Since my last Royal Update, I added three eARCs to my Kindle that I’m really excited about: Fang Fiction, All I Want is You, and House of Frank.

Since my last Royal Update I finished reading: The Edge of Summer, The Break Up Vacation, Truly Madly Deeply, Bye Forever I Guess, Starter Villain, Every Time I Go on Vacation Someone Dies, See You Yesterday, Butcher & Blackbird, By Any Other Name, The Book Eaters, and The Dragon Republic.

I’m currently reading: Past Present Future and Fragile Sanctuary.

Next up I’m reading: Where Sleeping Girls Lie, The Dixon Rule, and The Last Promise You Made.

Since my last Royal Update, I watched Onward for my pick for our weekly movie night. We also started watching the Bon Jovi documentary: Thank You, Goodnight. My mother loves their music and I grew up listening to it as well. The first episode was really interesting.

I’ll be seeing Nick Carter’s theater tour in July, so I’ve kind of gone back to my boyband years by listening to Backstreet Boys, haha.
