We’re close to only having two months left in 2025 and that’s still such a weird idea. November 1st is this Saturday, so it’s time to talk about the books releasing next month we’re really excited about. We’re not sure how long our most anticipated November releases list will be, because publishing tends to slow down right before the end of the year, but let’s take a look!

The House Saphir – Marissa Meyer (November 4th)
This is a Bluebeard retelling, it’s also a romantasy and murder mystery. That is a lot of things I love! And Marissa Meyer has done them well in the past, so I have pretty high hopes for this one. I’ve seen a ton of positive reviews, can’t wait to dive in!

Coldwire – Chloe Gong (November 4th)
The start of a dystopian YA series where humanity flees to virtual reality, this has the potential to be sooooo good. I used to read so many books similar to this and I would love to experience those feelings again, hopefully this one scratches that itch!

The Strength of a Few – James Islington (November 11th)
After loving The Will of the Many last month, I’m so glad I don’t have to wait long for the sequel. The Strength of a Few is one I definitely won’t wait years to read.

An Academic Affair – Jodi McAlister (November 11th)
All I know about An Academic Affair is that two professors decide to fake date. As you probably know if you’ve been following our blog, fake dating is my favorite trope. So that’s all I want to know until I sit down and read this book.

Brimstone – Callie Hart (November 18th)
I’ll be honest, Quicksilver was a book I was afraid to read. That book received so much hype. I was afraid I would read it and be disappointed. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case at all. Yeah, it was a little predictable, but I loved the world and characters. I can’t wait to get my hands on Brimstone.

Daddy Issues – Kate Goldbeck (November 18th)
So I still haven’t read You, Again by this author and I own it. That being said, I still want to read it, but I also want to read this new release. Daddy Issues sounds like it’s more than just a romance and I’m intrigued.

I, Medusa – Ayana Gray (November 18th)
Another retelling! This is a Medusa one, and it’s a villain origin story. I absolutely love those types of stories, when done well the characterisation can be some of the best you read. The early reviews sound really promising.
So those are some of the November 2025 releases we’re very excited about! Do we have any in common? Or are there any we missed you think we need to know about? Let us know in the comments. We’d love to hear from you!
