Two weeks ago I did a Try a Chapter: Netgalley edition book tag and I have to say it was fun. I’m still really trying to increase my Netgalley feedback ratio. I have it up to 39% and did have a little recent request spree, so I want to try and keep my ratio here and only have it increase.

Today I’ll be trying a chapter of two eARCs that have already released and two that haven’t, but that I’m just really excited about. At the end of the post I’ll have to decide what older release and upcoming release I’m going to start with. Let’s take a look!

A little while ago I used a try a chapter tag to see if I was still interested in the older eArcs I haven’t read yet. While I was excited for them when I requested them, my reading tastes have changed a bit and some of these books just aren’t for me anymore. I have not nearly enough time to spend it on books I don’t enjoy or I’m not excited about so I have to make some decisions. Tag | Try a Chapter – Netgalley Edition Part 3

Isabelle has done the try a chapter book tag a few times and recently decided to do this with older Netgalley galleys. We started the blog almost 6 years ago and Netgalley was a big rabbit hole when we discovered it.

After a few years, I’m not sure some of these books will be for me anymore, so let’s do a try a chapter tag to see if the first chapters makes me want to read more. I’m trying to increase my ratio and also give books a chance, so this seemed the best way to do it. Let’s take a look at the three books I chose for this week!

All of a sudden I’ve been in a cleaning out frenzy and I’ve gotten rid of bags of clothes that don’t fit or I don’t wear anymore. And I’ve also taken a look at my shelves.
