As we’ve mentioned before, one of our most important reading goals of is shrinking our physical TBR’s. Sometimes it’s hard to think of what books we still have or what subjects to read about. So we needed a way to keep track of this. 5 On My TBR is a way of keeping track. This is a meme hosted by E from Local Bee Hunter’s Nook. Every week there’s a different prompt for five on my TBR.
This week’s topic is Title Starting with a ‘T’. There aren’t any books that come to mind right away but I’m sure I own a couple. So let’s jump in and take a look!
1. Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow – Gabrielle Zevin
I feel like this one has been on way too many lists of mine. It’s a book I really want to read and one I think I will enjoy a lot. This might be a 5 star read once I pick it up. I hope to be in the mood for it soon, videogames, best friends, betrayals, spanning 30 years. Sign me up!
2. These Rebel Waves – Sara Raasch
I really liked Sara Raasch’s Snow Like Ashes series and I think I will like this one as well. This book has been a part of one of my Try a Chapter tags and I remember enjoying the first chapter. It’s not the type of book I gravitate to lately but it is still on my radar and at some point I do want to read it.
3. Thief’s Cunning – Sarah Ahiers
I enjoyed the first book in this duology and was able to get the second book for cheap. While I didn’t want to read the second book right away, I do still want to read it. This would also be an easy read to get through another series.
4. This Mortal Coil – Emily Suvada
I don’t read that much YA anymore (and there is a lot of YA on this list haha), but I do gravitate towards scifi more often. So maybe I will pick up this gorgeous book soonish. I haven’t heard anyone talk about this one in ages, I’d be curious to hear if any of you has read it.
5. These Shallow Graves – Jennifer Donnelly
This is one I didn’t fully know what it was about when I bought it haha. It’s a historical mystery so I do enjoy those, even though it’s another YA book haha. I think it will be awhile before I actually pick this one up, it’s not one that’s really calling me.
These are 5 books on my TBR that have titles starting with a ‘T’! Have you read any of these? What did you think of it? Do you think I will enjoy these? I would love to hear from you in the comments!
