As always, I’m behind with reading my eARCs, haha. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has this happen. There are so many books to read and I let my mood lead lately. It’s been better for my reading, but I’m hoping to keep Netgalley on schedule in 2024. Here are a few of my early 2024 eARCs I’m hoping to read this month or next. Let’s take a look!
Emily Wilde’s Map of the Otherlands – Heather Fawcett (January 16th)
I loved Emily Wilde’s Encyclopedia of Faeries when I read it earlier this year, so I’m excited to join her on some more adventures.
Dungeons and Drama – Kristy Boyce (January 9th)
I love that the synopsis says this is a YA romcom filled with fake dating hijinks. Fake dating is my favorite trope, so it’s a must read for me. I’ve played Dungeons & Dragons before, so I love seeing it in books.
The Tainted Cup – Robert Jackson Bennett (February 6th)
The Tainted Cup is a book I don’t know much about, but I believe it’s a Sherlock Holmes reimagining. That definitely caught my eye and I’m excited to read this new fantasy.
A Fate Inked in Blood – Danielle L. Jensen (February 27th)
Danielle L. Jensen is an author I’ve read from before and enjoyed the book. A Fate Inked in Blood sounds very interesting. Our main character apparently has a drop of goddesses’ blood.
Lore of the Wilds – Analeigh Sbrana (February 27th)
I need to read more romantasy and it seems that Lore of the Wilds is one I needed to add to my TBR. It has an enchanted library and two handsome fae. Did I need to know more before requesting? Nope, haha.
So here are five early 2024 releases I’m excited to read really soon. I’m hoping to get reviews up before or right after their release dates. Are there any 2024 releases you’re really excited about? Let me know in the comments! I’d love to hear from you.
I am doing awful with NetGalley! NetGalley November would have been a smart thing for me to participate in lol. Happy reading!
