We thought it was time for a fun new post every week. In the Royal Update one of us updates you about our personal life, bookish news, what we’re reading, watching and listening to and anything else that might apply to this post. We thought it would be fun to share a bit more about our personal lives and hope you think so too!

Once again, the past two weeks haven’t been very exciting. I worked one Saturday, it’s been really rainy, and work has just been busy. So in my free time I’ve been reading and the boyfriend and I tried out his new board game. I hurt my finger at work last week, so I’m taking it easy!

I’ve added two new eARCs to my Kindle since my last Royal Update!

Since my last Royal Update I finished reading: The Pumpkin Spice Cafe, Divine Rivals, Two Twisted Crowns, The Nanny, Four Aunties and a Wedding, Holiday Romance, The Do-Over, Rewrite Our Story, Night Shift, The Woman in Me, and After I Do.

I’m currently reading: The Graham Effect, Running Into You, and Snowed In.

I’ve been doing a lot of mood reading, but this week I’ll definitely be reading Iris Kelly Doesn’t Date and Yellowface.

Today I have two cover reveals that I want to share! It seems that a lot of books are being announced and covers being revealed. So I’ll try and keep an eye out for more.

Besides all of the Christmas movies I’ve been watching, my choice for our weekly movie night was The Lake House. I loved this movie and wanted to watch it again. My boyfriend had never seen this one, so I had to change that.

Now that Halloween is over, I’m all Christmas! So of course, I’ve been listening to Christmas music. It makes me happy.
