While I haven’t been watching a lot of shows lately, I do still have a to watch list that’s a mile long haha. Today I wanted to share which shows I have on my Apple TV to watch list. I feel like -some of- these shows hardly get any attention. Let’s give them some attention today!

For All Mankind

In an alternative version of 1969, the Soviet Union beats the United States to the Moon, and the space race continues on for decades with still grander challenges and goals.

I watched the first couple of episodes of this show and I really enjoyed it. Season 4 is coming pretty soon so this would be the perfect time to watched the first 3 seasons. This show is about an alternate history and looks so good. I enjoyed the story so far and I’m so excited to see what happens next and to see how their ‘future’ will look.

 

Silo

Men and women live in a giant silo underground with several regulations which they believe are in place to protect them from the toxic and ruined world on the surface.

The book Silo had been on my TBR for such a long time now. That is the reason I haven’t started watching the show yet. However, it might just help to go ahead and start watching the show. Season 2 has been confirmed so it looks like the first season did pretty well. I really like post apocalypse stuff and I think this might be right up my alley.

 

The Crowded Room

In Manhattan in the summer of 1979, a young man is arrested for a shocking crime, and an unlikely investigator must solve the mystery behind it before the true criminal strikes again.

I’ll admit I looked into this one because of Tom Holland haha. But the synopsis also looked intriguing so that’s why I decided to add it to my list. It’s also a show I don’t want to know too much about before starting it as I don’t want any of the mystery to be spoiled.

 

Hijack

A plane from Dubai to London is hijacked over a 7-hour flight, while authorities on the ground scramble for answers.

I’m so excited for this one! There only 7 episodes so it seems like it would be a pretty quick watch. And there doesn’t seem to be a plan for a second season (yet). It would be great to cross a show of my list haha. I really like these hijack type of stories and I love Idris Elba  so I have really high expectations.

 

Foundation

A complex saga of humans scattered on planets throughout the galaxy all living under the rule of the Galactic Empire.

My brother keeps yelling at me to finally go and watch this one haha. I do also still want to read the books but like with Silo I probably should just go for it. There are currently two seasons and a possible third season won’t release until summer 2024. I really like sci-fi shows and having this one spread out over multiple planets is something I love a lot.

 

These are 5 shows on my Apple TV to watch list. I’m super excited about all of these and I couldn’t tell which one I’m most excited about.
