We thought it was time for a fun new post every week. In the Royal Update one of us updates you about our personal life, bookish news, what we’re reading, watching and listening to and anything else that might apply to this post. We thought it would be fun to share a bit more about our personal lives and hope you think so too!

These past two weeks have been fun! I have mostly just spend time with friends here in Minnesota, we’ve been to some baseball games, the zoo, the mall, a beer brewery, some amazing restaurants and simply had a great time. The day this is posted is the day after I came back from the bachelorette party that was the main reason for this trip and the day I’m flying back home. I can’t believe how fast this trip has flown by!

This week I don’t have any new eARC’s. And that’s probably a good thing haha, I have quite a few to read still!

I just finished reading Mistborn #2 The Well of Ascension and I’m currently reading book #3; the Hero of Ages. Candyce and I want to read the whole series, or both eras before the last book in era 2 releases. As that means we need to read 5 books, we had to make a tight schedule haha. Hopefully I can stick to it! I’m also currently reading All of Our Demise and High Times in the Low Parliament.

Like in my last update I’ve mostly been watching Legacies as I just had to finish this show finally. My friend also got me into Ted Lasso and I binged the show in no time! I absolutely adored it. After also finishing Black Bird, I started a new show; In From the Cold. So far it’s really good!

Ever since the incredible concert Brandi Carlile has been on my mind. Truly one of the best concerts I’ve ever been to. I keep on reliving the night by listening to her songs over and over again.
