The new fall line up is approaching fast and that means I started looking for some new tv shows. With all the streaming services out there I’m less informed on regular tv. But of course I still look what is coming and I think there are some gems on the way! So let’s take a look at the shows I’m interested in.
Monarch (September 11th)
The Romans have created a country music dynasty but when their reign as country royalty is put in jeopardy, Nicolette will stop at nothing to protect her family’s legacy.
I love a good show about country music, Nashville was amazing and I enjoyed that one for years. It’s about time we get a new show filled with drama and music. The trailer looks excited and I hope we get some great songs like we did in Nashville.

So Help Me Todd (September 29th)
A talented P.I. agrees to work as the in-house investigator for his mother, who is reeling from the recent dissolution of her marriage.
I looked at the trailer because I like the actors, but I added it to the list because the trailer is quite good. This could be a hit or miss for me, there are a lot of shows that have a similar vibe based on the trailer. But hopefully the first couple of episodes draw me in!

East New York (October 2nd)
Follows the recently promoted police captain of East New York, Regina Haywood, who leads a diverse group of officers and detectives, some of whom are hesitant to deploy her creative methods of serving and protecting.
I love this type of show, a couple that had a similar feel were cancelled after one or two seasons unfortunately. Hopefully this one will get more views and stick around a bit longer. The trailer looks really good and I think we’ll have some great characters to root for.

Walker Independence (October 6th)
Abby Walker’s husband is murdered before her eyes. On her quest for revenge, Abby crosses paths with Hoyt Rawlins. Abby and Hoyt’s journey takes them to Independence, Texas, where they encounter residents running from their own pasts.
I really enjoy the show Walker, although I still need to watch the last couple of episodes. This takes place in the 1800s so it will probably have a different feel to it. I am however very excited that Hoyt is played by the same actor as Hoyt in Walker, I adore him and can’t wait to have him on my screen again.

Fire Country (October 7th)
A young convict joins a firefighting program looking for redemption and a shortened prison sentence, he and other inmates work alongside elite firefighters to extinguish massive blazes across the region.
I love a good firefighter show and this trailer looks amazing. It has some great actors in it and I’m already excited about some of these storylines. I think (and hope) this will be a fast favorite of mine!
The Winchesters (October 11th)
An epic untold love story of John and Mary of how they not only saved their love but also the entire world.
I mean, as a Supernatural fan there is no way I wouldn’t be watching this! It will be great being back in this world, even if it’s not with the characters we love the most. I hope all of the story will fit with what we’ve come to learn about John and Mary in the main series but I have very high hopes!

Looks like the first two weeks of October are when it’s all truly starting! I am very excited for these shows and there might be some new favorites among these. Hopefully they’ll be as good as I’m expecting them to be. Were any of these on your radar? Which one are you most excited about? Let me know in the comments!
