5 On My TBR | Yellow Books

Keeping track of my TBR in different ways does help remind me of the different books on my shelf that I need to read. It’s been a while since I’ve done a 5 On My TBR. This is a meme is hosted by E from Local Bee Hunter’s Nook. Every week there’s a different prompt for five on my TBR.

This weeks’s topic is actually Healer, but I couldn’t really think of anything. So I decided to do last week’s topic: Yellow Books. Let’s see what yellow books on my shelf I still need to read!

My Favorite Half-Night Stand – Christina Lauren

Christina Lauren is an author duo I’ve really come to enjoy and I’m slowly working through their backlog. My Favorite Half-Night Stand is one of the books I haven’t read yet. Online dating and a main character that’s a serial-killer expert. That is going to be interesting!

Take a Hint, Dani Brown – Talia Hibbert

After loving Get a Life, Chloe Brown I’m surprised I haven’t actually already sat down to read this one. Fake dating is one of my favorite tropes, so this should be interesting. We all know they always end up together in the end.

The Right Side of Reckless – Whitney D. Grandison

Yesterday I posted an interview with this author and I’m so excited to read this book. An unlikely couple comes together and I’m sure it won’t be all easy, but I have a feeling this book is going to be amazing!

The Jasmine Throne – Tasha Suri

This cover isn’t completely yellow, but I’m making the decision for bits of yellow to count as well. I got The Jasmine Throne in my Illumicrate recently and I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about this book.

The Girl with All the Gifts – M.R. Carey

The Girl with All the Gifts is a book that released 7 years ago, but it’s one I’ve been curious about. Isabelle really enjoyed this one and thinks I will as well. She actually gave this one to me for my birthday. I haven’t read the synopsis in quite some time and I’ve heard it’s best to go in blind, so that’s what I’m going to do!

For some reason I had a hard time thinking of yellow covers on my shelf, haha. It probably would’ve helped if I had actually gone upstairs to look at my shelves. I ended up thinking of five books though. Have you read any of these? If so, which one should I read first? Let me know in the comments!
