We thought it was time for a fun new post every week. In the Royal Update one of us updates you about our personal life, bookish news, what we’re reading, watching and listening to and anything else that might apply to this post. We thought it would be fun to share a bit more about our personal lives and hope you think so too!

We’re still in a semi-lockdown so my past two weeks haven’t been that exciting. I have once again been working and studying mostly. My new internship started and that takes quite some time as well. The only really exciting thing had been my trip to the hairdresser haha. It had been quite a while since I went last. This time around I got some highlight and I’m really happy with it. So I got two very charming pictures for you all haha.

Oops, I, I did it again…. Got two more new eARC’s through Netgalley haha. And one of them is a sequel to a book I haven’t read yet. I do plan on reading them soon though! The new books I got are The Rehearsals and Illusionary. Both sound wonderful.

I’m still not reading that much unfortunately. Since the last update I read Delicates, Spyxfamily 1 and another HP book. I blame tiktok for my lack of reading time haha. At the moment I’m still in the middle of a ton of books and I’m just not sure what I’ll read next. I’m a mood reader and my mood keeps on changing on me haha.

I didn’t save any pieces of bookish news this week! Hopefully there’ll be some exciting news next time.

I actually did a lot of shopping haha. Lately I’ve been obsessed with TikTok and especially with HP TikTok…. And I really wanted to make some myself haha. So of course I needed a Hogwarts outfit…. I didn’t want to get the house crest sweaters and decided to kind of make one myself. So I ordered a sweater, a white blouse, the Gryffindor house crest and tie. And once everything arrives I plan on making it myself. I will update you all once it’s finished!

I finally watched WandaVision! Ofcourse I bingewatched the whole show and finished in a day or 2 haha. I also started with The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and I can’t wait for the rest of the episodes. Already in love with that show!

I’m still reading that Marauders fanfic and have been obsessed with 70’s music ever since haha. So I have been listening to Spotify’s Best of the Seventies playlist. It’s such a fun decade for music, amazing artists and even better songs <3.
