We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since January 2018 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

This week’s topic is Characters Whose Job I Wish I Had. Okay, this is a fun, but HARD topic! I hardly take notice of any jobs so let’s see if I can think of 10 characters. Let’s jump in!

1. Any HP character basically

There are so many amazing jobs in the Wizarding World; teaching at Hogwarts, being an Auror, studying dragons with Charlie Weasley. Just to name a few! I could go on and on and on and on because I would love to do all the jobs in the Wizarding World.

2. Bea – One To Watch

I’m currently reading One to Watch and I would love Bea’s job. She’s a fulltime, plus size fashion blogger and while she works really hard it also sounds like a lot of fun! In this book she also participates in a tv program, and while I would love to do that as well, there is no way I would participate in the program she does haha.

3. Cassidy’s parents – Cassidy Blake series

Cassidy’s parents are travelling the world to make tv programs about places that are hunted by ghosts. How amazing sounds that? In the three books I read they travelled Edinburgh, Paris, and New Orleans. Sign me up!

4. Everyone in The Lovely and the Lost

The characters in the Lovely and the Lost are working with rescue dogs. This sounds like an amazing job! I don’t think I am in a physical shape that could ever keep up with them but I would love to train and work with those dogs.

5. Fatma – A Dead Djinn in Caïro

Fatma is one of my favorite new characters and her job sounds awesome. She’s an investigator in an alternative Caïro where we have magic and mythical creatures. I would love to be an investigator in general but being one in a magical setting is even better!

6. Emily – Well Met

Emily works in a bookshop and can there me a more perfect job for a bookworm? They also have coffee and sweets I believe and it just sounds like a wholesome place. I thought about working in a bookstore multiple times and if I ever had got my own store it would be a bookstore for sure!

7. Holly – Beechwood Harbor Magic Mystery Series

Holly has such a cool witch job with her own potion shop! I think it sounds so so cool. She invents all kinds of potions and if I was a witch I would love to be her. Apart from the fact she’s always caught up in some kind of murder mystery. Although… I think it would be veryyy interesting to part of an investigation haha.

8. Veronica Mars

You probably know Veronica Mars from the tv show but there are also some books! And V is a private detective in the books as well. Such a cool job! I don’t think I would have the balls for it but it sounds so cool. Would love to give it a try.
