We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since January 2018 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.
This week’s topic is Characters I’d Follow On Social Media. There are a lot of fun characters, but which ones would I want to follow on social media? I really had to think about this one, but let’s take a look! And I may have chosen a few more than 10 characters, but sometimes I need more than one character from a book!
Divya & Aaron So I’m not a gamer myself, but I really loved reading about their gaming experiences. This book really showed us the downside to social media and everything that goes along with it. I think this book gives a really important message and I think these two characters would be interesting to follow for that fact!
Peyton She has her own blog for her lingerie store and after reading about her advetures of trying out the romantic scenes in romances, I need more! I laughed out loud at these blog posts and if I’m honest will never have enough!
Brix Okay, an arrogant rock star with a soft side would be an interesting one to follow. I’m sure we’d get sneak peeks of new songs and his on the road adventures! And he’s a sassy one, so I don’t think this would get boring at all!
Sophie Her blind date adventures were a lot of fun to read about and that makes me think it would’ve been fun to read her social media posts around that time. I mean, that’s the perfect place to write about your blind dates that turn into disasters, haha.
Prince Cardan I still need to read the last book in this trilogy, but Cardan has always stayed pretty mysterious to me. Cardan always seems to be thinking of things we don’t seem to expect, so I think he would be an interesting one to follow on social media. Even if he may not be able to be trusted!
Becky This is a character that gets herself in the most ridiculous situations, but would probably be hilarious to follow online. Not only because she buys things she doesn’t need, Becky always gets herself into really funny situations.
Pepper & Jack We already get to see some of their social media presence during the story, but I think it would be fun to follow them afterwards. When all is said and done and follow them after high school. And of course, to see more of Pepper’s baking blog!
The Bromance Book Club I would love a social media account for this book club. This book was hilarious and I would love to follow them reading a book together and giving advice. I’m sure many people would love advice from them, haha.
Alex & Henry During the book I couldn’t wait for them to get the happiness they deserved. I would love to follow their adventures on a social media account. If I think correctly we’d get a lot of sweet and funny moments to read about. They would get followers with no problem!
Kylene Even though I don’t think this character would put a lot on social media (looking to find a way to free your father from jail isn’t something you announce online), I really wouldn’t mind following along. I think if she posted things it would be very interesting. I’ve gotten invested in this case.
So that’s my list for this week! What characters would you like to follow on social media? Let me know in the comments! Feel free to leave your link if you participated today!
