Finding tags I feel like doing can be challenging at times, but after searching for awhile I found The Bedtime Book Tag. This tag was originally created by Kellys Book Spill and I found it on Part Time Book Nerd‘s blog. Let’s take a look at what this tag is all about!
What book kept you up all night reading?
So many books have kept me up way too long, because I just had to know how it would all turn out. The most recent books that kept me up way too late were Forget the Stars and The Trouble with Christmas. I just couldn’t put these down!
What book made you scared to go to sleep?
I honestly don’t read many books that are scary. The last one that definitely left me feeling a bit anxious was Small Spaces. Yes, this is a middlegrade book, but I will never look at scarecrows the same way again, haha. Small Spaces is the perfect Halloween read!
What book almost put you to sleep?
Tithe was a book that kind of left me bored. Not much happens the first half of the story and I didn’t care for the main character. I do want to read the sequel and I’m hoping to see it improve! It doesn’t help much either that these books are a bit older.
What book has you tossing and turning in anticipation of its release?
There are two releasese that I’m really excite about: Ninth House and Scared Little Rabbits. Leigh Bardugo is writing an adult book and I’ve heard it’s pretty dark. I’m very curious! A.V. Geiger previously wrote Follow Me Back and I really loved that book. I’m really hoping Scared Little Rabbits is just as good!
What book has your dream boy/girlfriend?
How can I choose just one book to answer this question?!? I’ve read a lot of books and have quite the list. This time, I’ll choose one of the more recent books I read for my dream boyfriend. Owen in All the Way definitely deserves a spot on this list. He seems like a player in the beginning, but he’s actually so sweet.
What book world would be your worst nightmare to live in?
The Hunger Games is the first book that comes to mind when I think of a world I would not want to live in. That being said, I recently read #Murdertrending and that’s not a world I would want either.
What book has a nightmarish cliffhanger?
Empire of Storms left us hanging!!! I remember reading it almost right after release day and how frustrated I felt that we would have to wait so long for the next book! I think that’s a reason I haven’t finished Kingdom of Ash yet, I just can’t handle that one yet, haha.
If you like this tag, feel free to tag yourself! When you do the tag, make sure to let me know! I’d love to see your answers. And to make this tag complete, let me know what the last book was that kept you up all night!
