We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since January 2018 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

This week’s topic is Characters I’d Like to Switch Places With, but since it’s my birthday today I wanted to do a slightly different topic. And that is Characters I’d Like to Invite to my B’day! There are so many amazing characters I would love to join me on my bday but I think these 10 are essential. So let’s get into it!

Peeta (The Hunger Games)
Every birthday needs a cake, so when thinking of a character that would make me a beautiful cake Peeta immediately came to mind! I also adore him and his loyalty so so much and now I want to reread/rewatch the Hunger Games.

Fred & George (Harry Potter)
They are only the most fun duo ever so who wouldn’t want them on their party? You just know it will be a birthday filled with so much laughter when these two are involved! Also, every party can use some magic 😉

Rhy (Shades of Magic)
This prince will throw an amazing party and I can use the help in that department haha. I also think every great party needs some royalty, so that’s covered now. And maybe he can throw me a magic competition as part of the bday party? I would love love love that.

Celaena (Throne of Glass)
She will bring me the best dresses to wear during the party. And she can play some wonderful music for us all, and a good party obviously needs music. I also think she’ll bring me the best gift haha.

Manon (Throne of Glass)
GIRLCRUSH, do I even need to say anything else? Manon is so so badass and I adore her to pieces.

Peter K. (TOTBILB)
BOYCRUSH I love him, ok bye. Peter is one of the only 2 contemporary characters I want on my party and he ruined all guys for me haha. He’s simply the cutest and I would love to stare at him all night (no I’m not creepy, why’d you ask?).

Arsinoe (Three Dark Crowns)
I don’t actually think she’ll bring that much to the party haha, but she is one of my favorite characters ever and I would love to have her on my bday.

Izzy (The Exact Opposite of Okay)
Izzy is so funny! Together with Fred and George she will make this the most fun birthday ever. I would love to be friends with her and love her sex-positive attitude.

Nina (Grishaverse)
Nina is fun and super sweet, she also loves pancakes which will be great for the morning after. I’m already loving the banter that will ensue with all these characters together and Nina will for sure be in the middle of all of this.

And a bonus because Fred&George basically count as 1:
Nikolai (Grishaverse)
I love Nikolai so much, if he was real I would have the biggest crush of ever on him. Nikolai loves inventing stuff and maybe he can be in control of my gift together with Celaena? I think together they can come up with the perfect gift <3

And that would be the invitation list to my bday party. In the event of me only being able to invite 10 of course, otherwise I would pick so many more haha. But this was so much fun to think about!
