Bookish Item| Predicted 5 Star Reads

Every month we do an anticipated releases post, but I decided to do something with that today. We only have three months in the year left (including October), so I decided to look at the releases I want. For every month I will take two books that are predicted 5 star reads.

When I read these, which will hopefully be before the end of the year (or as I get them, haha), I will look back at this and see if I was right!

October

Kingdom of Ash – Sarah J Maas This one is a no brainer! I have rated all books in the Throne of Glass series five stars, so I will be very surprised if this one is any less! Even though I don’t know who will survive this book and I may be devestated by the end, it will be worth it!

What If It’s Us – Becky Albertalli & Adam Silvera My expectations are very high when it comes to this book. I have loved all of the books by both of these others. I haven’t read one (Leah on the Offbeat) out of all of them. I’m wondering if this book will be heartbreaking though, because Adam Silvera knows how to break our hearts, haha.

November

The Storyteller – Traci Chee Even though I have only read the first book in this trilogy, I just have a feeling I am going to love all of these books. I honestly think this trilogy deserves more hype than it’s been getting. When I’m online, I don’t see a lot of people talk about it!

Girls of Paper and Fire – Natasha Ngan This sounds like it’s going to be a great world to be sucked into. On top of all that, there will be a forbidden romance. I am a fan of those when they’re done right, so I am curious to see how this book will play out.

December

Queen of Air and Darkness – Cassandra Clare This is another case of me not having read the sequel yet, but I have a hunch I am going to love this! Look at the gorgeous cover! I hacen’t read Lord of Shadows quite yet, because I know it’s going to break my heart and leaving me wanting more.

This Lie Will Kill You – Chelsea Pitcher I actually had never heard of this book before looking up releases for this post. I have recently been enjoying thrillers and the description of Clue meets Riverdale got me very curious. I know this one will be very interesting.

These are some releases I think I will end up giving five stars. What do you think? Or better yet, what releases do you think you will be giving five stars?
