As soon as I saw this tag I knew I had to do it! I hope you all know by now how much I love To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before. It is my favorite contemporary series and I was extremely excited for the movie to come out. Hopefully you’ve all watched the AMAZING movie, if not, do so NOW! This To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before tag might be slightly spoilerish if you haven’t read the book or watched the movie so be aware of that. I came across this tag over at youtube, at Ali’s channel HardbackHoarder, I would recommend watching her video as well.

1. Kenny from Camp AKA your first book love

I have been ‘reading’ books since before I was actually able to read so this is such a difficult question for me! One of the first series I remembered loving was Romana and Ragebol, a German series about a girl and her horse that was translated to Dutch. It also included my first book boyfriend, Simon. I remember having such a crush on him haha. After that I think Peeta (the Hunger Games) was actually my next book boyfriend, I don’t remember anyone in between!

2. John Ambrose McClaren AKA the book that got away (a book that may not be your all time favorite now, but you’ll always love it)

Talking about Peeta actually brought the Hunger Games to the forefront of my mind haha. And it fits quite well with this question, The Hunger Games was an absolute favorite of mine when the books where translated to Dutch and got me interested in YA books. They basically opened the floodgates haha. It’s not a series I have reread (or rewatched) in forever but I will love it forever.

3. Lucas from Homecoming AKA your GBF (your favorite LGBTQ+ character or book)

Ronan from the Raven Boys! I can’t believe it took me a bit to remember him, I’m so ashamed haha. He is such a wonderful character and I’m extremely excited about the spin off trilogy we’re going to get. I can’t wait what Maggie has in store for us and for this character that I love to dearly. Also, a special mention to Adam Silvera’s books, I adore his heartbreaking books so so much and was about to make them my answer before I remembered Ronan haha.

4. Josh Sanderson AKA the book next door (a book that you’ll love no matter how many times you read it)

There can only be one answer here, Harry Potter! I will ALWAYS love that series, no matter how many times I read the books. This year I’ve listened to the audiobooks for the first time, and I loved them so so much! I actually already listened to the first one again haha. Might need to listen to all of them again, that’s how much I love this series. And before I listened to the audiobooks in January/February I actually just read a couple of them in December haha.

5. Peter Kavinsky AKA your one true book love

Peter Kavinsky is actually my true love, he has been one of my favorite book boyfriends since I first read TATBILB <3 Another absolute favorite is the Throne of Glass series with the spectacular Dorian, my other favorite book bf. This is such an unfair question because I could never just choose one book or book bf as my true love, there are simply to many out there. But I do feel pretty good about these, still gonna do a special mention though haha. I love Kaz and Nikolai a lot lot lot as well.
