Everybody knows the game Tag. You run after each other and it’s  “Tag, you’re it”. This is kind of like that, except with books! It’s something that happens on a lot of Dutch blogs and we were tagged by a Dutch friend. To see what it’s all about, take a look.

Zwartraafje is the one who created this book tag. Basically someone tags you and recommends three books they think you should read. When you’re tagged, you tell everyone the recommendations you got. Then you also recommend three books to the person who tagged you. To end the post, you then tag someone and give them three recommendations! Then they recommend three books to you and tag someone else, etc.

I was tagged by Kwante and she recommended the following books!

The Benedict series by Joss Stirling According to Kwante this is an amazing series with special powers, love and an amazing family that you wish was yours.

S.T.A.G.S. by M.A. Bennett This was a recommendation, because she doesn’t think enough people read this amazing book. It takes place in a sort of thriller setting and is an interesting and dark book.

The Vincent Boys by Abbi Glines Last but not least, Kwante thinks I need to read this book. It’s a sexy and exciting book filled with sexual tension, betrayal, love and drama.

I love what she recommended me. It’s funny, because two out of the three are on my wishlist, haha. I may just have to bump these up on my wishlist. Thanks for the recommendations! Now it’s time I recommend a few books to Kwante! I recommend these three books:

Emergence by S.G.D. Singh This is an amazing fanatsy series and definitely unique in its own way. The author makes choices not many dare to take and you want all the characters to get through it all. This trilogy needs a lot more attention that it gets!

My Lady Jane by Cynthia Hand, Brodi Ashton and Jodi Meadows I only recently read this book, but now think that everyone needs to read it, haha. This book is funny and takes history to a different level. There is a mix of fantasy, love and new journeys for all of the characters.

Alabama Summer series by J. Daniels This is a series for all of us that love romance. The book boyfriends in these books are definitely ones you want on your list. These books have the perfect combination of humor, romance and the ability to leave you with a smile on your face.

Heart Stronger – Rachel Blaufeld This book was so amazing! Even though it does have sad elements, the characters in this book have an amazing journey together. Everyone will want an Aiken and this book really warmed my heart.

Geekerella – Ashley Poston This is such a cute Cinderella retelling. The fact that instead of going to a ball it is a con makes all of us fangirls happy, haha. This is a fun read I think she will enjoy.

Stage Kiss – M.F. Lorson Another book that deserves a lot of attention. We know what it’s like to be a teenager and the dramas of high school. This book brings us right back to those times and the references used will bring you right back to 2002. It’s a cute read and it leaves you wanting more.
