Bookish Item| Last Minute Bookish Christmas Presents

To keep up with our Christmas theme, I’m here today with a post about bookish goodies I wouldn’t mind to find under the tree. Even though most of these probably won’t arrive for people before Christmas, it’s always good to know what to buy if someone gives you money, haha.

Unlike the other bookbabes in our group, I just recently discovered Etsy, haha. Which is actually very dangerous. There are so many cute things to buy that are somehow book related. The only thing that is annoying is that I live outside of the United States or other countries with cute shops and that shipping costs are really high at times. Isabelle already mentioned this in her Top Five Wednesday about things to Grinch about. You can find that here, haha.

Before I show you guys things that I would eventually want to add to my bookish collection, I want to make it clear that I in NO way have anything to do with any of the shops mentioned here. These just happen to be things that I think are cute. With every item I will provide the link to where it can be found.

Bookmarks

To keep it simple I decided to look for a fandom I don’t really have anything from. In this case it’s from Colleen Hoover. I have loved all of her books that I have read (only have a few left). Here are a few bookmarks that I would love to get related to her books. All of these come from ReadandWonder and they are also her images.

This cute pair is of Lily and Atlas from It Ends With Us. You can buy these here.

These two characters are Fallon and Ben from November 9. If you haven’t read this book yet, you really have to!! It is SO good!! You can find these two here.

And last but not least Sydney and Ridge from Maybe Someday. Yet again another beautiful book written by Colleen Hoover. These you can find here.

Booksleeves

I travel regularly to work on the train and always have my e-reader with me. Of course, this makes it easy to bring multiple books along with me and read what I feel like. At times I do like to take a physical book, but I don’t want it to get ruined in my purse. Normally I use a little totebag I got in a bookbox (it works really well), but I’ve been seeing more and more booksleeves lately. I think I will need one of these in the near future. Here are a few I saw when I searched on Etsy. They’re all from FairyTaleFabricsCo and these are her images.

These are both perfect for this time of year and I would happily travel with one of my books in these. I know they exsist in all different patterns and such and I’m sure there are also fandom related sleeves, but I have to do more research, haha. The sleeve with the snowflakes can be found here and with the Christmas deer can be found here.

I shall now tell you about some more bookish items that would make me very happy. I will just talk about them. I don’t want this post to be nothing but advertising, because it’s really not what it’s about. Other bookish items that would make me very happy:

Candles Isabelle has already posted about bookish candles before and you can find that here and part two is here. This will let you guys see what I am talking about. They look so pretty in bookstagram pictures and smell so good. To be honest I still haven’t actually burned any of them, haha. I don’t want to waste them.

Fanart Some artists create amazing images from series I love. Even though it may not always look exactly how I imagined, they really amaze me at times. This is nice to have in my bookcases next to their books.

Mugs While reading I often drink something warm and there are a ton of cute mugs out there. They are also fun to take pictures with, haha.

Post-its These are something I really do need to get. I want to start marking my books with them to find quotes and parts that I really loved a lot easier than now, haha.

These are only a few items for booklovers that would make me happy. In the future we will have to do some more of these posts. In the meantime, what are some of your favorite bookish items? What would you like to find under the tree?
