Two weeks ago I showed you all the first tiny part of my huge bookish candle collection. That has already grown since that first article…. Yes I might be a tiny bit ashamed haha, I’m very close to 60 bookish candles and I love them all! Are you excited to see the second part of my evergrowing collection? Keep on reading.
I didn’t have a time for an updated overview photo but didn’t want to hold out for any new readers 😉 So yeah, these are most of my bookish candles.
This week I have another part of my collection to show you all, and that is: my A Court of Thorns and Roses candles! I really enjoyed the A Court of Thorns and Roses series by Sarah J. Maas, especially the second book. And that means I needed candles to stand next to my pretty books.
You might have recognised the candly company that is once again the most represented in my picture haha. However I want to start with the candles that aren’t from the company. And the first one is Shadowsinger from Meraki Candles. I absolutely love how all the Meraki Candles look but shipping had been a bit of a problem and is quite expensive so it makes my hesitant to order more from them. However I’m always drooling over those beautiful candles and I’m super happy I’ve got a couple of them myself. Shadowsinger aka Azriel is one of my fav characters from this series so I was so happy to get this candle. The second candle is High Lady of the Night Court by Kool & Co and I got this candle in the A court of Wings and Ruin special box from YA Chronicles. That was one heck of an amazing box and I’m happy a candle was included. I do think the design is a bit simple but I’m still really happy with it.
The rest of my candles are once again from Romemadecandles. I’ve gotten two different box sets from her webshop and I already had 1 in another set which makes it a total of 9 small candles from Romemadecandles. They’ve got the following names; Velaris, Calanmai, Starfall, Night Court, Spring Court, Feyre, Rhysand, High Lord of the Night Court, High Lady of the Night Court. They’ve all got really nice glitters on them and the labels look so nice. The scents are very will fitted with the characters, places, or events they ‘are’. This is one of the things I love so much about candles, how a person can create smell that fits perfectly with the character. I still need to light all of these candles at one point and I’m just hoping they’ll still smell as good as they do now.
What do you think of bookish candles? Or bookish merch in general? And do you like the candles I just showed? It’s going to be a while before I’ll have shown them all to you, hope you like it!
